What Gets Sent

Monocle sends alerts to your Discord channel when an uptime monitor detects an incident:
  • Monitor Down: your service is unreachable or returning errors. Includes the monitor name, URL, and environment.
  • Monitor Recovered: your service is back online, with the total downtime duration.

Setup

  1. In your Discord server, go to Server Settings > Integrations and create a webhook.
  2. In Monocle, go to Organization Settings > Integrations.
  3. Paste the webhook URL under Discord.
  4. Hit Test to make sure it works, then Save.
